DINA CUTRONE
Dina was born in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn and has lived there since 1999. Countless weekends throughout her youth were spent visiting her grandparents who lived in Carroll Gardens all of their lives. These weekends were all about the food! The homemade spaghetti and meatball feasts will never be forgotten for their tastiness and the memories they created. She takes pride in her Brooklyn roots and has watched over the past 30 years as the neighborhood has evolved into a thriving, trendy community. But, for Chef Dina, this is home and no matter how trendy, it will always be where her family connected and still connects today. She still has many family members living within blocks of her in the neighborhood.
Chef Dina is a natural foods chef and holistic health counselor. Her lifelong interest in nutrition and food led her to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City where she studied nutrition theories, modern health issues and counseling techniques. During her studies, she found herself fascinated by the power of food and wanted to learn more about cooking with whole and natural foods. The health-supportive culinary arts program at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York City offered her the chance to learn from the best in the field of natural foods cooking.
Chef Dina creates healthy, delicious meals using quality ingredients. She takes pride in her culinary creations and the fact that her menus can satisfy all taste buds: meat and fish eaters, vegetarians, vegans, plus those with food intolerances or allergies. Chef Dina is a natural teacher and feels at home in front of a class of eager students, both young and old, looking for helpful cooking tips, some fun and, of course, great food!

CARINA KUHL
Carina grew up a Dutch country-girl, learning all about the origins of foods at an early age. She followed her grandfather around his vegetable garden, picked fruits at their peak in the orchard and helped mum around the kitchen to turn the harvest into delicious soups, stews, salads, preserves and delectable dishes.
In college she opted to study Hotel Management and spent time working in and around kitchens. Slightly side-tracked, she ‘ran off’ with Cirque du Soleil on their European tour traveling Europe for a few years, making the most of the opportunity to taste the best foods local cuisines had to offer. What a blessing to have spent a year in Spain amongst the locals, wandering the local fish and produce markets. And to have strolled through Vienna’s famous Nash market exploring all the foods of the world. Some cooking classes in Thailand and tasting the freshest crabs from Kenya’s coastal waters drove her further towards a career in cooking.
Carina graduated with highest honors from Peter Kump’s Institute for Culinary Education in New York City and spent time cooking at Butter Restaurant under Chef Alex Guarnaschelli, at several New York catering companies and at Chef Thomas Keller’s renowned New York restaurant, Per Se.
Chef Carina's energy and love for food comes through in her cooking. When you sit down to eat the food she has prepared you will be guaranteed a meal you won't forget! She is looking forward to cooking up a Tall Order for you and your family and friends.
